With 8 years of band leading experience and 12 years total performing on stages, Jazicality has a keen ear for spicing up harmonies and creating music that pulls people in emotionally. She has performed in choirs in both church and throughout her time in elementary school and high school and she knows how to blend well with others. While Jazicality is well versed in leading a band she also knows how to help others shine when they are in the spotlight. She believes in making the main vocalist stand out while adding to the harmony section. Jazicality takes direction from leaders very well and will respect the vision of other band leaders.
